I don't know if this has been discussed before or not but I personally use a widescreen monitor and record my cotw's as well as cotw's for friends in 16:9.

I think it would be nice if 16:9 and 16:10 clips would be viewable in those ratios instead of being forced to 4:3.

make the payer 1280x720 compatible, kinda like youtube, standard size and have a button for a bigger size. i make my clips in 1440x1080 and i get ticked off when the quality gets downgraded so much

Agreed. I started off rendering my clips in 16:9, but changed back because of the player -_-

I spoke to kane about this in a PM and he said he doesn't want to change the formatting of the cotw part of the site. Maybe some more attention will change his nerd mind.
