I'm so glad to be with you today. I have the feeling that you like me. You like the way I talk, and the way I look, and you know that I like you too. We talk about important things don't we, you and I? We can even mention scary things can't we, you and I? It feels good to have someone all to yourself once in a while, doesn't it? Someone you like very much. Just for once I want you all to myself, just for once lets stay alone, and I'll be the one with you, and you'll be the only one with me. You'll talk with me, I'll talk with you, just we two! Nobody else but, nobody else but you just for once. Just for once. That's the way we are sometimes, isn't it? Nobody else but you and me together. Sometimes it's like that with one of your parents. Hugs don't sound much, do they? But kisses do. Could you make a kissing sound? I'll make one too. Here's a kiss that's just for you. Everybody does some bad things you know. Everybody does some bad things you know. You really are special to me, do you know why? Well, you see I'm a man who likes to talk and sing with children, so I need someone like you who likes to listen to a man like me. A four year old friend of mine told me something that scared him the other day. He said that his mother was washing his soft toy dog in the automatic washer and the toy dog's ear came off. Well that was scary to think about, wasn't it? But that does happen to toys sometimes. Toys ears can fall off, and toys arms and legs can come apart, but that's just with toys. It doesn't happen with people. People aren't like toys. People aren't just sewn together or stuck together, no. A person is all one piece, even when he's born. People's ears are part of them, and their noses are part of them, and their arms and their legs are all part of them. Nothing just comes apart with people. Sometimes with toys, but not with people. A boy has what he needs to be a boy the minute he's born, and all of his parts grow as he grows. Nothing falls off. A boy baby never changes into a girl, and a girl baby never changes into a boy. Children are lively enough and small enough to do a lot of things, but nobody is small enough to go down a bathroom drain. You know that, don't you? When I was a very little boy I used to watch the water rushing down the drain, and I used to wonder what might go with the water, but even then as little as I was I couldn't go with the water down the drain. Nobody can do that. Everybody's much to big for that. You can never go down, can never go down, can never go down the drain. You can never go down, can never go down, can never go down the drain. You're bigger than the water, you're bigger than the soap, you're much bigger than all the bubbles and bigger than your telescope so you see you can never go down the drain. When you're feeling angry, or sad, or maybe when something makes you feel afraid do you ever make up a dance and stomp your feet or punch an old pillow, or do you have a loud song that you can sing when you're angry? Here's some loud music which just sounds like it's saying "I'm angry. I'm very, very angry". I shall sing for you fortunate people. First of all, three rodents with defective eyesight. Three rodents with defective eyesight. Three rodents with defective eyesight. Perceive how they perambulate. Perceive how they perambulate. They all scurry after the agricultural spouse. She severs their appendages with a carbon utensil. Have you ever perceived such a catastrophe in all your existence as three rodents with defective eyesight? Propel, propel, propel your craft gently down liquid solution. Ecstatically, ecstatically, ecstatically, ecstatically, existence is but an illusion. Do some things seem very bad to you? What does seem bad to you? When I was a little boy I hoped I'd grow up and marry my mother, so I just talked with my mom about it, and she talked with me about it, and that was good. One day I said I'm really going to marry, really going to marry, really going to marry, one day I said I'm really going to marry, going to marry my mom.
